Number one on my list would probably not be post a topic in the forum asking why a bot followed me.
In all seriousness, bots can follow accounts just like normal accounts can, since they are run by a human. Do not fear that a computer searched your account and clicked follow, most likely the human operating the bot also follows you or likes you for some reason worthy enough to merit a follow.

i think it isn't a real BOT
BOTs are controlled by Humans. They can follow you, can DM you, can join teams and can Post in Forums. But the only exception is that they cant participate in Arenas or Team Battles.
