2017 Summer Blitz Marathon Seedings (Rating/Seeding)

Hi all

Just looking at the first page for the Blitz Marathon and many of the players appear to be seeded out of place based on too high of their actual Blitz rating, or too low of their actual Blitz rating.

At first, I thought an average was being used (Bullet+Blitz) but this is not the case. How are these magical ratings calculated for the seeding process?

If you joined last year and your rating was for example "2800"
what will be posted in the summer marathon before the start is 2800 even if you are 2500.

EVEN if sveti wins his first game of the summer marathon.
You'll see a -200 in his name instead of a +13 or whatever even though he wins.

P.S this is based on my understanding. I could be wrong
