Black appears to be up a full rook & a pawn. Black has the safer king. Black has a better pawn structure. f3 & h3 are both under fire.
Don't get me wrong, it may be possible to work some magic and win. I say safer king because the three black pawns in front of the king havent moved & a rook controls the back rank. White has 3 pawn islands and doubled pawns in front of the king. Theres lots of checking opportunities for black & white may struggle to avoid more pawns being lost. That's just my humble opinion on this position.
