What went wrong??

can somebody just tell me where i went wrong in this game? i honestly dont know how i turned a winning position into a losing one.

You stalemated opponent's king. Instead of trying to checkmate, you were wasting your moves doing nothing. Every move needs to have a clear purpose and be part of a plan. For example, if you have passed pawns, you can try to promote some to queens. You can also try to checkmate king without promoting pawns.
I would say that it started at around move 27 with Nxg4. This allows your knight to be trapped and sets up the bishop pin on your d7 rook. Instead, you could have taken - gxh4 - and played Nh5 - Nf4 in response to g5.
You were losing most of the game.
You missed a winning fork 22...Nb3+.
You also missed the tactic 14...Nxg4!, though that was more difficult to find.
Your main mistake is playing too fast.
At the end of this 13+6 time control game, you had 6 useless minutes left on your clock. So you played as if it were 7+6 time control.
@iBishop both sides played equally badly. Computer Analysis shows that both sides made plenty blunders. Draw is a fair result here for both players. To answer the question, @Knight_Master needs to make one good reaction move to one of opponent's blunders to win this game.
