I tell you, what the computer doesn`t tell you:
5...f5!? is a risky move, but not that bad. 6...h6?! is bad, better develop with 6...Nf6.
After that you played really good! At move 20, I think, you solved all problems!
The move why you lost the game is simply 23...a5. Even at best play B will suffer a long time!
Look out for the 1-2 move threats! If you see this threats every time you will play much stronger soon!

Moves 23 (lost a pawn for no good reason) and 27 (lost rook to 100% preventable fork) these are your blunders. Without them the game is even. I don't see what is complicated here?
