Well, what do you expect? Play like this and you can lose brutally even against a weaker opponent. After not even 10 moves you dropped an exchange and later a piece without any need. So of course your opponent might play an impressive game.
If you really think some cheated against you, you should:

  1. contact the mods via the report way, not via public shaming
  2. not base your accuse on one game which in this case isn't evcen 0/0/0

@mrzmsmglsnk Maybe he just made a good game. Although I still do not understand the move 22. Nxe6?? considering that he thought 9.2 seconds to make this move.
