Not much to it. The knight on c4 is hanging. Capturing it also sets up the queen to protect the rook on e6. The Qg5+ try is futile. After Rg7 gaining a tempo on the queen, also notice that the rook on g7 is now protected twice, and the rook on e6 now defends the knight on e8. Black's pieces are all adequately defended while being up material. White can try a few tricks, but none of them work and are all rather obvious after that point. White tries Qh5, but Qb5 by black just reestablishes control and prepares the pawn to be pushed, If there's anything in particular that you want to go over, let me know.
