You still make the same mistake: playing too fast. 10+0 time control and 6 useless minutes left on your clock at the end i.e. played as if it were 4+0 blitz.
This explains all the blunders.
3...e5 just gives him a central pawn for nothing.
Why do not you grab the piece he blunders with 13...Qxd3?
