is this how chess is supposed to be played

in this game between alpha zero vs stockfish, alpha sacrifices the g and h pawns to open file for his rooks, then it makes sure his king is save from random checks and then it sacrifices his central pawns to open the diagonals for the enemy king, i think this game is very instructive and anyone can learn from it since the plans are so human like, reminds me of Judith Polgar stlye of play.
