How would I have prevented these 8 inaccuracies in this game?

I somewhat did really well on the game, I expected a few mistakes while I was playing but it seems I mostly did good moves.
I have tested the engine several times with the same game. Running the same game twice.

And several times what's marked as an inaccuracy in the first analysis, isn't marked as one the second time I analyze the game.

My sincere advice:

Don't pay attention to it as long as you don't commit blunders and or mistakes.
"How would I have prevented these 8 inaccuracies in this game?"
by taking time to think.
This was a 15+15 time control and at the end you had 12 useless minutes left on your clock.
So you played as if it were 3+15

25 Nf4 is a mistake as it allows 25...Re5 and the rook is active on the e-file. You should have played 25 f4 to control square e5: take it away from access by his rook. Rooks like open files.

27 c4 is wrong again: 27 f4! to take square e5. Rooks are strong on open files.

31 Rxd5 was no good: the knight's ending is worse for you. You could activate your rook with 31 Rd3! intending 32 Re3! Rooks are strong on open files.

34 Nf4 is not the best square: 34 Ne3 was better.

35 b4? lets his king into your camp 35...Ke5

39 Ng8+ puts your knight on the rim. It should go back to f5. There is is active, defended by pawn g4 and it is relatively central. Knights like the center.

40 b5 give away your advantage. You should admit your error 39Ng8+? and go back 40 Nh6 intending Nf5.

He blunders with the losing move 45...Nxg4 which loses. With 45...f5 he can hold you to a draw.
