Yes I agree. I'm a fast player myself and I prefer bullet. But achja is right, you don't learn while playing bullet. I played 10,000 games a year on
chess.com and my real chess results just plateaued for ages. Then I joined a chess club, studied, slowed down, soaked up positions and analysed my games and then got better. Which in turn improved my bullet game. So it's win win.
Try 3 - 5 minute games if you want action but still have a bit of time to judge positions and make better moves. And then take a few minutes after the games to have a look through the interesting ones.
