This is a game that I just played, and I wanted to share the thoughts I was having during the game. I am a low-rated player, so I would like the community to write feedbacks on the thoughts (What was not right, and what was good) and ways to improve. I would also like to know how to defend against Bxh6 when the bishop and the queen are lined up against the h6 pawn.

It is well played. As to your question on Bxh6: do not play ...h6 unless you have to. In this game it is just a loss of time and weakening. I do not see why you wanted to play ...h6.
I am not sold on the Bd7-c8-b7. A bishop on d7 is usually activated by playing Bc6. If you wanted it on b7, then you should do so right away, not via the detour d7-c8-b7.
If you give a strong opponent time by playing useless moves like ...h6 and Nd7-c8-b7, then he will put pressure on your position.

Good game. You played very well. Move 19 you should have taken with the a rook cuz you want the other rook on the other open file (the e file). Its not a big mistake just wanted to give you an advice to next games :)
