"All Rook and Pawn endings are drawn..."

I have been doing some Rook and Pawn ending studies and I found this nice study from F. Richter, 1953. In the position, it is white to move and win. It looks straight-forward but white's king is stranded on h1 so the normal Lucena positions will not work here and black is threatening mate in 1!... White has to find some resourceful moves to win this one. See if you can solve it
