If I had the data, I am sure that

lol. not the first time you are quite sure of something without looking at any data whatsoever. you are shamelessly making up whatever fits your narrative. what's your endgame here? the devs are capable of getting those numbers, heck, i am capable of getting those numbers because the data is public. even your "if i had the data" is a lie.

Im not affected: I hardly used the white/black option, btw. And I am still here, I did not go to chess.com - but that is not the arguement, but that removing a feature was bad, and introducing colour-debt was worse, encouraging players to respawn with a new account starting with 1500 rating, and deflate/inflate the rating pool.
You see, this was not very well thought through. And totally unneccessary. The ratings were stable, and if someone always played white, this was reflected in his rating by (a guestimate) approximately 20 more rating points (if white) than he would have if he played both colours equally often.

I do not understand what "system" you are talking about that has always existed before?
If some of you wonder why their rating dropped considerably compared with half a year ago - well, that is the cause, most likely. What else?

I commend the lichess developers and contributors for all that they do. It's an amazing website, and the public spirit is wonderful to see. Lichess shows that the boldest promises of the internet are still alive and dynamic. I humbly thank all those who make this possible. May you win 53% of all your games and never get flagged.

colour debt. colour debt is not even close to new. here's me explaining it to someone more than 2 years ago:

i have no idea when exactly colour debt was implemented, but i believe it was before i created my account. i really wish you would stop spreading nonsense that you dreamt about at some point.
