What about Kids?
1. What are the ratings of students this plan is for? 2. How long I should use this plan for substantial improvment? In fact playing more than 3 games a week and solving much more than 20 puzzles a week for 4 monthes I stuck below 1000 at chess.com. It seems to me, the pause at games and focus on studying new material made some improvement, but it's too early to make judgements - I still below 1000.
For me the perfect training would have to be:
0 puzzles
50 games of bullet a day(half of these should be played past 3am)
Following this training regimen I've successfully gone from 1500 on rapid chesscom to just under 900.

@giantpinkwalrus: Pfft, only 50? Bro, if you aren't play 100 games of bullet per _session_ then you're slacking. Got to work on that grindset.
