GM Daniele Vocaturo

Hello everyone! I’m GM Daniele Vocaturo, an Italian Grandmaster and passionate chess coach.

For over 15 years, I’ve been helping players of all levels take their game to the next level - from ambitious beginners to national champions and elite grandmasters.

I take coaching seriously. When I was younger, I often felt frustrated with trainers who seemed unprepared or lacked a clear plan. That experience taught me the value of structure, focus, and personalization. Today, I design every lesson with care, tailoring my approach to each student’s unique style, goals, and needs.

Over the years, I’ve worked with players of all ages and backgrounds - from those just starting their chess journey to top professionals. Among my experiences, I’ve also served as a coach and second for top Indian GM Vidit Gujrathi.

I teach in Italian, Spanish, and English, always with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm.
