بسته شدن این اکانت به صورت کاملا ناجوانمردانه توسط لیچس

هفته پیش حدود 400 بازی در تورنمنت های 1 دقیقه لیچس طی یکی دو روز انجام دادم و نصف این بازیها هم باختم.
چند روز بعد وقتی خواستم دوباره بازی کنم دیدم اکانتم به خاطر نقض قوانین لیچس بسته شده و تمام نتایج من در آن تورنمنت ها هم حذف شده!
با لیچس مکاتبه کردم متن مکاتبه به شرح زیر است:
Hi
I am an older user from lichess and streamer.
I did not use the engine or anyone else in any of my games. Today, when I wanted to play, I realized that my account was limited.
This is completely wrong, please normalize my account. Thank you
(I deny having used outside assistance in my games.)

جواب لیچس:
We will not remove the ban on your account.

After investigating your case, we have determined that our cheat detection algorithms flagged your account with sufficient evidence for the mark to remain. We are continuously improving our cheat detection so that we can aggressively prevent cheating while minimizing false positives.

Lichess has robust detection methods and a thorough process for reviewing evidence and making decisions. The process sometimes involves many moderators and can take a long time. Other than the mark itself, we will not go into details about evidence or the decision making process for individual cases. It is strict Lichess policy not to discuss specific details about cheat detection publicly with anyone ever, as doing so would only make it easier for cheaters to avoid detection, in addition to inviting unproductive debates. Any attempts to start such a debate will be ignored.

This means we will ignore any new messages about this mark. This was our final decision and it will not be changed in any way. Also note that the outcome of the appeal will not change even if you admit to cheating now.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

به صورت خلاصه میگوید ما حساب شما را باز نخواهیم کرد و شواهد کافی برای بستن اکانت در اختیار داریم.
اما نکته عجیب و قابل توجه در این مورد این است که لیچس میگوید: ما هر گونه پیام جدید در این مورد را نادیده می گیریم. این تصمیم نهایی ما بود و به هیچ وجه تغییر نخواهد کرد. همچنین توجه داشته باشید که نتیجه درخواست تجدید نظر حتی اگر شما به تقلب در حال حاضر اعتراف کنید تغییر نخواهد کرد.

لیچس به هیچ وجه حاضر نیست تصمیم خود را عوض کند.
متن بلندی هم برای لیچس دوباره نوشتم که به شرح زیر است:
Hi please read my message carefully if it is possible.I am an active amateur player in Iran, national arbiter,website and telegram channel manager in chess with more than 10 years.In Lichess, we have a group that has more than 500 members and we held dozens of tournament and always introduced the Lichess site to others.Also, I am a member of the Lichess streamers and played with GM Morozevich, My account was made in Lichess 8 years ago.I really were looking for the site and I would like to help Lichess.The week ago, during a on day, I did about 400 games in the 1-minute Lichess tournament,and I did not use any of the help of someone or engine, and half of these games i lose. I got all my results in those tournaments (about 20 matches) Deleted.Is there a problem many game in 1 day?In one day someone do 400 games 1 minute means cheated?In your opinion, Lichess cheating system does not make mistakes?
Is this fair to ban any account without any specific explanation and don't answer?Really want to know what all the results of that day I have been removed in 1 minute matchesI played many times in the tournament 1 minute and, Please check my account once more carefully.Every item is required I will explain.Please accept this that no system is complete and may be defective.I'm sure the lichess anti-cheating detection system has been wrong and must be reviewed.Best regards.

بنده گفتم سیستم تشخیص تقلب شما قطعا اشتباه کرده چرا که در هیچ بازی از کمک شخصی یا انجینی کمک نگرفتم.
اصلا در بازی 1 دقیقه مگه میشود انجین زد.
حتی در این تورنمنت ها از ریتینگ 1200 هم باخت داشتم.
به هر شکل سیستم تشخیص تقلب معیوب لیچس،این اکانت قدیمی ما را به صورت کاملا ناجوان مردانه و بدون هیچ گونه تقلبی از جانب ما بست و دیگر نمیشود به صورت ریتد بازی کرد.
لیچس بارها اکانت هایی حتی اکانت استاد بزرگ پرهام مقصودلو بدون هیچ توضیحی بسته و حاضر به پاسخگویی هم نیست.
شاید به همین خاطر است که بسیاری از اساتید بزرگ دنیا فقط صرفا در مسابقات مهم و جایزه دار این سایت شرکت میکنند و به صورت تفریحی خیلی کم بازی میکنن و اکثرا در سایت چس دات کام فعال هستن.
لیچس دیگر جواب پیام دوم ما را نداد اما روزی خواهد فهمید که اشتباه کرده است...
