My Personal Experience with Magnus Carlsen

I have had the unique opportunity to play against Magnus Carlsen twice in real games, once in 2002 and again in 2003. It was clear, even then, that he had extraordinary potential. In addition to analyzing his greatest games, I’ll be giving a personal look at those games, sharing my own stories and insights from playing against him during his early career. I’ll also provide some background information about Carlsen's opponents, shedding light on the context in which these games were played.

All games are analyzed by Stockfish 16, the latest and most powerful version of the world's top chess engine.
