2.NO PUT LIMITS
Forget about tried to made a limited number of points or a final position , try to made your best chess and to make the most points that you can make.
If you place a mark that you want to reach for example if you made that points with a draw in the last game maybe you didn’t try to win in a better position , or so much worse , if at the last rounds of the tournament you are not able to reach your goal yo could be disappoint and not play hard to end at the best that you can.
So just try to play the best that you every rounds.
3.Think in the current position.
it’s a typical mistake in chess players when they had a good position and lost the advantage instead of still fighting their current position many of them start to think about their mistake and how could happen if the make other move.
Please never make that, this is no going to help you in nothing, after you finish the game let’s analyze what you want but during the game just be focus into find the best move of the position .

5. 0 Nervous before the game
I had this problems in the past in some occasions specially in National Championship and was so hard, i only had the problems nerves before the games but this affect indirectly into the games because i ate worse i sleeped worse and this afects of course your leves.
Nowadays after many experiences i decrease a lot my pregames nervous and i enjoy so much the tournaments now with of course the normal tension of the high level competition but everything healthy .
Was not easy to give general advises because each person relaxes with different thing but i think that i can help us so much.
•Remember why you play chess: i suppose that the mayority of us play chess to enjoy so what’s the sense of be nervous if you just play to enjoy.
And if you don’t play to enjoy and play for other reasons maybe you should consider to play only for fun doesn’t matter your rating and if chess is you way to life
•Social relations to disconnect: is easier to be nervous thinking about the game if you are alone in you room than if you are talking with other people. To me personally dating with girls was a great help.
•Planified well your timetables: in my case some of the nervous cames because i realizes that i haven’t enough time to dinner sleep and prepare the game and ok i cannot control how many time are beetween rounds but a good planing and executed can help you to didn’t wast time and make all that you need to do. In general when we felt that we control the situation the nervous decreases.
