7 Day Tactics Challenge: Day 6 (Grandmaster)
Featuring the best attack I've ever played...Introduction
Hi everyone! Welcome to Day 6 of the 7 Day Tactics Challenge. We're now at the grandmaster level - if you can solve all of these without any mistakes, then you must be a truly exceptional player!
As a reminder, for each puzzle, you can score points using the following system:
You have 3 strikes per puzzle. Get as far in the puzzle as you can before making 3 mistakes, and then check the solution. Add up your points up to the last move you solved. Pay attention to bonus points - today's puzzles have a special way to score bonus points, by getting MOVES right on your first try. Think carefully!
For example, if you make it through 2 moves that each give 2 points, and then make your 3rd mistake, then you'll get 4 total points for the puzzle.
After you've solved all 3 puzzles, add up all your points together. Then, check the section at the end of this post to see how you did, and get yourself on the leaderboard!
