This is a really bad bishop.

the computer saw something like this and that's why it played g4 I don't think there is a defense, and if the white kind don't go to e1 it's being smother mated if the bishop goes to e1 to try to hold it together.
The engine lasts a couple of moves longer than me, but the human method of defense here is more prudent than the engine. When an engine can't find a defense sometimes it will stop trying to defend and instead jetison pawns and pieces to try to last as longa s possible.
